3GPP Partners Global Certification Forum (GCF) and TCCA have announced “increasing industry support” for the GCF Certification Programme for Broadband Mission Critical Services.

A recent joint GCF / TCCA press release announced the availability of the first test cases, to facilitate conformance testing and to accelerate the availability of certified 3GPP standards-based MC services and devices.

TCCA CEO Kevin Graham said: "The GCF-TCCA collaboration, establishing 3GPP Mission Critical Services certification, is a crucial programme that will bring significant benefits to industry manufacturers, network operators and increased confidence to frontline end users."
