Elections for the position of one Vice Chair of TSG RAN WG3 was held during RAN WG3#121 in Toulouse (FR), on 21st August 2023 via the new 3GPP voting application tool https://portal.3gpp.org/VotingTool/. 

Dr. Gen Cao was re-elected Vice Chair (2nd term) of RAN WG3 by acclamation on 21.08.2023
