I graduated from the University of Essex (http://www.essex.ac.uk)
with a Master of Science (MSc.) Degree in Telecommunications and
Information Systems.
I joined the ETSI Secretariat in 1991 and worked as a Technical Officer for many of ETSI's Technical Committees. I currently support the 3GPP TSG SA, where I hold the role of Secretary to the TSG SA Plenary and am responsible for 3GPP TSG SA WG2. I'm also the IT co-ordinator for the MCC Support Team.
