Christian,

SA1 and SA2 have each more than 5 SWG but still a single Tdoc# range

Mike reminded me what the SA chair said about this issue in Montreal.

Adrian,

Sorry, I do not remember clearly what the SA chair said about this issue. For me, as long as we have two SWGs (C and D), it is better to keep separate Tdoc numbering, especially since we currently have two schedules (one for C and one for D). Having said that, I am open to any changes. We already planned to talk with Thomas about the way to improve the scheduling and we can conisder the numbering issue in this discussion.

Let us plan some time during the next leaders meeting to discuss the pros and cons.

Best Regards,

Christian

Christian,
if you propose the status quo and do not want to go the way proposed by the TSG SA Chair in Montreal,
why not stay just the way we are (i.e. NO change at all) as we are all used now with this.

Subject: RE: Change of SA5&SWGs Tdoc# allocation for 2006 onwards

Adrian,

Thanks for this proposal. I am personally not in favor of mixing documents from SA5 plenary of various SWGs in the same Tdoc number range. It will make the scheduling of the meeting even more difficult than it is today.

According to the current organization, my proposal for 2006 is as follows:

SA5       S5-060000 - S5-060999
SWGB    S5-061000 -
S5-063999
SWGC    S5-064000 -
S5-066999
SWGD    S5-067000 -
S5-069999

Any change on the organization might imply to revisit this allocation scheme.

Best regards,

Christian

 Dear All,

An activity for the calmer summer time...

With the closure of SWG-A the actual Tdoc# allocation looks obsolete.
