Cancellation of all face-to-face 3GPP SA WGs/Plenary Meetings in Q1/2020

Dear Colleagues,

As the situation with the COVID-19 breakout is getting worse in many regions of the world, the TSG chairs decided to take further precautions. 

All face-to-face SA WG meetings scheduled for May will be cancelled. The SA WG meetings scheduled for May will not take place. 
The exact means for an Electronic replacement of these meetings is being worked out by the leadership. We are working on exploring the more extensive use of GoToWebinar, and further improvements on the email processes.. 
 
Announcements regarding the face-to-face SA#88 plenary meeting scheduled for June will be made after next week’s TSG meetings.
