Anritsu would like to withdraw the TTCN CRs R5s130758
and R5s130759 based on MCC160 recommendation and would like to convert
R5s130989 as CAT-B CR from a CAT-F CR.

for agreement of GCF WI-154 IMS Emergency Call 11.2.4 with D13wk49 ATS
This test case successfully passed on the ANRITSU
PROTOCOL CONFORMANCE TEST SYSTEM ME7832L with the Intel Mobile Communications
XMM7160 UE in LTE FDD band 1.
Note: Draft prose CR is attached which is required to
pass this testcase
Please note the agreement deadline for this test case
should 16/01/14.
