3GPP new TSG RAN #27 extra-ordinary meeting (Tokyo, Japan, 11 March 2005)
without conclusion.

But they were finally confirmed at
3GPP TSG RAN meeting #28 (Quebec, Canada, 1 – 3 June 2005)
see corresponding report sections 5.2, 7.5.1, 9., Annex G.
