regarding important remarks to certain TS versions:

Note 1:
added after RAN #59; applicable to TS 25.331 v10.4.0 - v10.10.0 and v11.0.0 to v11.4.0:
Warning: due to an error in CR4669r1 (RP-110838) the feature 1.28 Mcps TDD E-DCH
does not work properly with this version of TS 25.331.
Use v10.11.0 or v11.5.0 or higher where CRs 5374 (RP-130319) and 5375r1 (RP-130349) solved the problem.

Note 2: 
added after RAN #64; applicable to TS 25.331 v11.5.0 - v11.9.0:
Error in CR5071R1: Multiflow operation (see 25.308 §22) in 2 bands does not work properly
with this version of 25.331. Use v11.10.0 instead or higher where CR5591 (RP-140874) solved the problem.

Note 3: 
added after RAN #65; applicable to TS 25.331 v11.5.0 - v11.10.0:
Error in CR5316: MDT Logged Connection Establishment Failure Reporting
functionality (WI eMDT_UMTSLTE-Core) does not work properly with this version of 25.331.
Use v11.11.0 instead or higher where CR5644 (RP-141495) solved the problem.
