Dear SA,

Attached please find the initial agenda for the upcoming SA#94-e meeting. It also includes all information about GTM sessions, deadlines, e-meeting procedures etc.

For your convenience I would like to highlight a few items already here:

-	Input document submission deadline: Wednesday, 8 December 2021 – 23:59 UTC .
-	End of Technical Meeting (finalization of documents): Friday 17 December 2021, 16:00 UTC 

-	Cross-TSG / joint session with RAN & CT on Rel-18 topics (planning, timeline) is planned for Wednesday 14:00 – 15:00 UTC
(GoToWebinar invitation will be sent on the SA reflector)

-	The schedule for the SA#94-e GoTo-Meeting (GTM) sessions is as follows (invitations will be sent in the week before the meeting on the SA reflector):
o	14 December Tue   13:00-16:00 UTC – SA#94-e GTM Session 1 – technical meeting & reporting from SA WG chairs
o	15 December Wed  13:30-15:30 UTC – SA#94-e GTM Session 2 – technical meeting & joint session with RAN
o	16 December Thu   13:30-15:30 UTC – SA#94-e GTM Session 3 – technical meeting 
o	17 December Fri     13:30-15:30 UTC – SA#94-e GTM Session 4 – technical meeting 
o	20 December Mon  13:30-15:30 UTC – SA#94-e GTM Session 5 – RAN,CT,MCC reports 

Please also note that during this meeting the approval of the Rel-18 content will most likely consume a lot of time. It might therefore be that more items than usual will have to be resolved offline, i.e. via e-mail.
