Structure of this folder:

TSGRT_<no>:    folder for 3GPP ITU-R ad hoc meeting number <no>
TSGRT_ALL:     folder with complete archive per year of ALL documents
               (including meeting documents and other documents)
RT_IndexYYYY:  list of all documents of year YYYY, see TSGRT_ALL for the documents

Note: ITU Ad Hoc activities are carried out mainly by correspondence.
