Dear improvers,

Attached please find my proposed agenda for the 5th meeting on coming Sunday in Kobe.

I'm sure some issues have been agressively discussed in the e-mail correspondence.
I intend to conclude such issues first in the meeting. Then, I'll deal with other issues which have ever discussed but not progressed in the e-mail correspondence.
Then, we'll review the draft deliverables. I assume the rapporteurs could reflect the status of each issue. I appreciate Stephen for distributing the status of his assigned issues so that rapporteurs can reflect them in the deliverables.
My goal for the deliverables is to classify the solutions for all the issues into the categories I proposed in the last meeting.
For the issues which we cannot reach consensus on the solution, I'd like to note each SDO position for them.
And then, I'd like to discuss whether this adhoc group should be kept after the report in the next OP meeting.

The meeting will be started at 9:00AM and expected to be closed at 18:00PM. I'll arrive in Kobe airport at 8:20AM...
