I renaming the docs uploaded by Spreadtrum following the format below. 

From:
R1-250abcd Summary #1 of Coverage Enhancements for NR phase 3_FL_SPRD_v02.docx
To:
R1-250abcd Summary #1 of Coverage Enhancements for NR phase 3_v02_FL_SPRD.docx.
