TSG CT WG1 (MM/CC/SM [lu]) 

Overview:

The TSG Core Network and Terminals WG 1 (TSG CT WG1) defines the User Equipment - Core network L3 radio protocols (Call Control, Session Management, Mobility Management, SMS). CT1 addresses specifically SIP Call Control and SDP protocols for the IM subsystem.
