Feature:     3GPP enablers for services like Push to Talk over Cellular (PoC)

Advanced interactive conferencing applications like Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) are being developed in the Open Mobile Allicance (OMA) and will require enabling architecture in the 3GPP IP multimedia subsystem (IMS).

This work item is to provide any necessary architectural enhancements to the 3GPP system to support PoC service using IMS. The PoC requirements and service enablers (stage 1) are being defined within OMA and will be used as the basis for the 3GPP work.
