Feature:     Enhancement of dialled service for CAMEL

It was agreed to use CAMEL (as distinct from other existing or new toolkits) as a proper mechanism to provide services to enhance the operation of GSM (and UMTS) in the CS and PS domains. The feature "Enhanced CSE capability for dialled services” was introduced as part of the Rel-5 feature CAMEL phase 4. This feature enables richer CAMEL services based on dialling patterns. Even though the related CRs were incorporated into TS 22.078 v5.5.0, the feature was removed from the Rel-5 CAMEL4 WI, because the stage 2 & stage 3 work could not be completed in CN2 in time for Rel-5.

This Work Item covers the work to be done for Release 6 CAMEL to complete the feature "Enhancements of dialled services" within Release 6 time schedule. Enhanced CSE capability for dialled services is needed for the control of charging for Release 6 CAMEL.
