This folder Draft_Specs is used to make   D R A F T  specifications
available within RAN WG3 for review only.

NEVER EVER use these specifications for CR implementation.
This kind of CRs will NOT be implemented!!!


For CR implementation use only the  L A T E S T  specification
available under 

ftp://ftp.3gpp.org/Specs/

after RAN #16 in June 2002 use specs of '2002-06',
after RAN #17 in September 2002 use specs of '2002-09'
and so on.
