This folder contains the    D R A F T    TSs & TRs
which include the CRs approved by RAN no.18.


The subfolder with_rev_marks includes the specs
where the changes are implemented with revision
marks.

IMPORTANT:
These TSs & TRs are for review only,
they are not necessarily the final versions
for December 2002 and they MUST NOT be used for
preparing CRs for RAN no.19!!!

(Please use the version without revision marks
for this purpose.) 


Specs for which the official version is available
will be removed from this draft folder.

Corrections sent after official specs are available
will be taken into account in the CR implementation
after RAN no.19.
