This folder Change_Requests is only kept for historical reasons.
CRs will no longer be collected here to avoid confusion with
RAN documents.

The CRs can be found under ftp://ftp.3gpp.org/tsg_ran/TSG_RAN/
look in the latest folder
TSGR_16 after June 2002
TSGR_17 after September 2002
TSGR_18 after December 2002
and so on.

In 'Report' you will find an explanation about the status of the CR
and the corresponding RAN Tdoc number.
In 'Docs' you will find the corresponding RAN Tdoc which
includes the RAN WG3 CR.
