The Chair commented on the meeting calendar for 2019: - Charging would like to co-locate with SA2 as much as possible. - Colocation with SA2 in December 2018 would be a very late date, currently in the "red zone" which would complicate SA preparation. - Overlaps with SA3 will be minimised. Thomas will talk with the SA3 Chair (Anand Prasad) about this. - An Asian host is needed for 2018. IF3 will be contacted.

YesSome companies (Vodafone, Huawei, China Mobile) expressed their concern about having a meeting in India in October 2018. This meeting was still currently discussed with the TSDSI. Adhoc meetings in 2018: Huawei was in favour of adding more meetings, adhcos with decision power, given the current high workload. They also suggested having parallel tracks and one-and-a-half-week meetings. The Chair commented that extending the meeting time would be more complex for the host. Huawei commented that other groups are having already 10 meetings per year. Vodafone pointed out cost restrictions of some companies.

Ericsson: we are copied, no need to reply. Verizon commented that Charging could also work on the billing of the slices. Deutsche Telekom commented that there will be impact on several groups, as GSMA will come up with their own network slice definition and the requirements. Nokia: we cannot stop the study until they bring us that definition. In any case I don’t see big impacts whenever they bring the definition. Huawei: time plan for their work is not mentioned here. Postponed for the next meeting.
