
The online 3GPP Chairman's survey was conducted in February 2003.
The survey comprised 8 questions listed below and an area for general comments. The scores were rated from 1 to 5 (where 1 is very poor and 5 is excellent).
The survey was addressed to 59 Chairmen and Vice Chairmen. 42 replies had been received, representing a 71% response. A detailed breakdown of the results received is given in the linked table.
The results of the Chairman's Satisfaction Survey demonstrate an overall satisfaction of 89,4%.

How satisfied are you with the implementation of Change Requests approved by your TSG/WG? Question 2 obtains an average score of 4,5.

How satisfied are you with the information provided in the Specifications Status database? Question 3 obtains an average score of 4,52.

How satisfied are you with the information provided in the Change Request database? Question 4 obtains an average score of 3,79.

How satisfied are you with the information provided in the 3GPP Workplan? Question 5 obtains an average score of 3,94.

How satisfied are you with the distribution of Liaison Statements? Question 6 obtains an average score of 3,79.

How satisfied are you with the 3GPP Website? Three questions were asked regarding appearance, navigation and content of the 3GPP Website. The web appearance obtains an average score of 4,41 ; 3,77 for the web navigation and 4,61 regarding web content.



How would you assess the overall service provided by MCC? Question 8 obtains an average score of 4,47.
