Within the PEX & Testing Competence Centre (PTCC) I'm responsible for the practical use of the methodologies and the formal languages for test and specifications in GSM and 3GPP. Since 1994 I have supported SMG7 in the development and maintenance of the GSM test specifications. I led or actively participated at a number of ETSI special task forces and working groups for the development of the GSM Phase-2 TTCN specifications, the GSM harmonised standards and for the development of the Phase-2+ test specifications for GPRS and R-GSM / ASCI mobile stations.
Since 1999, I give also the support to 3GPP T1 to develop the ICS proforma document and the test specifications for the 3GPP MS. In the near future, I will actively support the development of the TTCN test specifications for both the regulatory and voluntary testing.
