I graduated in 1990 from the Technical University of Denmark with a major in theoretical physics. After that, worked for the National Telecom Agency in Denmark on standardisation and spectrum engineering. First, I attended ETSI GSM plenary meetings in 1990 and 1991, and were involved in drafting the first Danish GSM licences. Later, my work concentrated on spectrum engineering and frequency management, in particular negotiation of bi-lateral agreements between Denmark and its neighbour countries. I was usually member of the Danish delegation to ITU committees too (CCIR and ITU-R working groups, Radiocommunications Assemblies etc.).
Since January 2000, I have been with MCC, and am currently secretary of GERAN WG2.
