After graduation I was employed by Croatian Telecom for 7 years, working on operation and maintenance of international and transit switches in fixed network as a member of the International switching systems department. I was also involved in testing and maintenance of the Intelligent Network. In February 1999 I joined VIP-NET, the first private GSM operator in Croatia, and have been working since that time in the Core Network department. My responsibilities included the participation in introduction, implementation and testing of Value Added Services, preparation of Technical Project Data for new S/W releases in MSCs, collection and analysis of traffic measurement data as well as managing OMC, SMSC and VMS groups.
In May 2001 I joined the ETSI Mobile Competence Center as an Expert Project Manager for 3GPP TSG Core Network Working Group 2 (CAMEL) and after closure of CN2 I was shortly responsible for ETSI SCP (Smart Card Platform) group and 3GPP TSG T3 (Smart Card Application Aspects) group. I am currently responsible for providing technical and administrative support to 3GPP TSG CT1.
